Omrop Fryslân, the Dutch regional broadcaster, have revealed the 7 finalists for Liet 2025 – their selection for the Regio Songfestival 2025.

The public had until Friday 27th June to select their finalist, while a jury selected six more acts to progress through to the final. The 7 finalists for Liet 2025 are:

• Anke – “By Alles Waste Dochst“
• Anke Stilma – “Wêrom“
• Anna Spark – “Hjir Wei“
• MAYTE – “It Dûnset In My“
• Rowan Veltman – “Ik Bin Frij“
• Sym&Sanne – “Myn Eigen Wei“
• Welmoed – “Hearsto my“

The final of Liet 2025 will take place on Thursday 11th September, in Leeuwarden. The WINNER of Liet 2025 will no longer automatically represent Friesland at the 2025 Regio Songfestival. The winner of Liet 2025 will receive an automatic place in the Friesland selection for the 2025 Regio Songfestival. In addition, the two public favourites in Liet 2025 will also now get the opportunity to compete in the Friesland selection.
