RTSH, the Albanian national broadcaster, has confirmed participation at the 2023 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Nice.

RTSH has revealed that Junior Fest will be used once again to select their representative. Junior Fest will undergo some changes, however what changes are happening have yet to be revealed.
