RTVS, the Slovakian national broadcaster, have stated that a debut at the 2021 Junior Eurovision Song Contest has yet to be ruled out. Slavomira Kubickova, Head of the RTVS International Relations department, had the following to say to Eurofestivales:

“RTVS has not closed the door to the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021.”
