Daði Freyr was due to represent Iceland at the cancelled 2020 Eurovision Song Contest, but was internally selected to represent the nation once again in 2021.
The entry that Daði Freyr will be performing, will be released during a special Eurovision programme on RUV, the Icelandic national broadcaster, on Saturday 13th March. The preceding two Saturdays will see RUV broadcast a two-part documentary, charting Daði Freyr and Gagnamagnið – from when they first appeared in Söngvakeppnin 2017, through to “Think About Things” last year.
