Tonight the Second Heat of this year’s Norwegian Melodi Grand Prix was held in the H3 Arena , Fornebu , Norway . Four acts competed in two duels with the winners of each duel going forward to battle against each other for the place in the final . After a hard fought battle , the Norwegian public decided to send Raylee with the song Hero to the Grand Final on 20th February . Here is her winning performance
