Today is September 1st, which in the world of the Eurovision Song Contest means Happy New Year!

Any song released into the public domain, could represent any of next year’s participating countries. Over the next few weeks, we will look at the countries who’ve already confirmed participation and their plans so far.

Obviously, the 2019 season isn’t quite over yet – we still have the Junior Eurovision Song Contest to come in November, from Gliwice.
