This morning, the European Broadcasting Union has released the list of participating broadcasters taking part in next year’s Eurovision Choir Of The Year. On that list are a further three participating debutants. These are France (France Televisions), Norway (NRK), Scotland (BBC) and Sweden (SVT).

When we get further details on each of these debutants participations, we will bring you all the news.
