If you were born in the early 90’s you probably spent your childhood singing songs of famous band STEPS and tying to imitate their choreography.
The British dance-pop group consisting of Lee Latchford-Evans, Claire Richards, Lisa Scott-Lee, Faye Tozer and Ian “H” Watkins, have just released their new album Tears on the Dancefloor. The album is likely to debut at number-one on the UK Albums Chart selling more than 4,000 copies in the first week.
When asked on an interview for Metro.co.uk if they would consider Eurovision in the future, here is what they stated.
H said: ‘I love Eurovision, I would love to do it.’
Claire added: ‘We’ve always said absolutely no way because it’s the kiss of death, but we did Radio 2 with Graham Norton and he kind of started to convince us that it’s not such a bad thing”.
All in all we might see them in the nearest future flyin UK’s flag on the main stage of Eurovision, maybe even next year.
