The official release of Belgium’s song was scheduled at 11:30 CET, but last night all the internet was flooded with videos including the audio track of “City Lights”, their entry for Kyiv 2017.

The song is performed by Blanche who was internally selected and announced to be Belgium’s hopeful back in November 2016.

Shortly after the release of the song, Belgium skyrocketed in the odds table from 22nd into top 5!
