The first quarterfinal of Eurovizija 2017 – Lithuania’s show for selecting their representative at Eurovision Song Contest has just finished.

Eight acts competed tonight, but only four qualified for the next stage of the competition.

The decision for the qualifying songs was made by a 50-50 combined vote betwen a jury (Lithuanian professional jury plus an International Jury) and public televote.

The first quarterfinal was won by Aistė Pilvelytė with the song “I’m Like a Wolf”, even though it wasn’t so well received by the international jury (only 6 points).

The final results from tonight are as follows:

1. Aistė Pilvelytė – 12 points (qualified)
2. Sasha Song – 10 points (qualified)
3. Greta Zazza – 8 points (qualified)
4. Ieva Zasimauskaitė – 7 (qualified)
5. Gytis Ivanauskas – 6 points
6. Edgaras Lubys – 5 points
7. „E.G.O“ – 4 points
8. Gražvydas – 3 points

The second quarterfinal will be held on February 28 with another eight acts competing for the fours spots in the Semi-Final.
