With the first semifinal of Eesti Laul 2017 getting closer (11 February) Elina Born released yesterday the official lyric video for her entry “In Or Out”.

The song was written by Stig Rästa, Fred Krieger and Vallo Kikas and produced by Stig Rästa and Vallo Kikas. Elina will perform in the first semifinal on February 11.

The second semifinal will be held on February 18 and the Final of Eesti Laul on March 4.

About the format of Eesti Laul 2017:

Ten acts will compete in each semi-final and the top five from each semi-final will qualify to sing in the final. The results of the semi-finals will be determined by a 50/50 combination of votes from a professional jury and public televoting.

The winning song in the final will be selected over two rounds of voting:

• In the first round top three songs will qualify (selected via a 50/50 combination of jury and public voting)
• In the second round (super final)  the winner will be chosen solely by public televoting
