Hello the United Kingdom has been confirmed as the Anniversary Concert broadcaster.

Mr Edgar Böhm (The Eurovision 2015 Executive Producer Eurovision 2015) conformed in an interview that the BBC will indeed be the host of the Eurovision Anniversary Concert later in the year after Vienna.

Commenting Mr Böhm said

“The anniversary of the song contest is covered by a BBC show, they are looking back in the history.”

The story that the BBC were hosting the anniversary concert was rumoured some tie ago last year yet the BBC did not want to officially confirm if this was the case. Well ORF kindly did that for them ;-)

We await the full details from the BBC.
