Eurovision winner Alexander Rybak tonight premiered his new song ‘What I long For’ on ‘The Hit’ in Norway. We reported earlier today that he would be competing against Trine Rein.
Alexander’s new song will be ‘What I long for’ which is a funky pop song with Alexander’s distinctive violin making a groovy appearance. The song is composed by new song writer Elisabeth Mjanger.
However in the SMS vote on the live show Alexander lost the battle against fellow Norwegian singer Trine Rein who will now progress to the Grand Final. You can look at Trine’s country winning song ‘Story of Love’ written by Geir Arne Hansen HERE
I actually like Alexander’s pop/disco song and thought it would have made the Grand Final.
What do you think?
