Guy Freeman took control of the UK’s Eurovision entry last year. He brought Molly – a new artist – to the contest and it energised the British public interest and saw a young fresh talent take to the contest. Last night the BBC announced that they are looking for an entry for the UK in next year’s contest in Vienna.

Freeman said last night that the BBC are investigating all options to select the British song for Eurovision 2015. Talks are continuing with record companies, artists and other organisations like in previous years but song submissions will also be formally open to the public.

If you want to submit a song for consideration then you must do so on video with the song and the artist for consideration. You have until Friday November 7th to submit your entry and any successful entrants will be contacted by Friday 21st of November. These entrants will make it trough to the shortlisted entries including potential artists from BBC Introducing that gave us Molly this year.

You can read the full post from Guy Freeman here.

So who do you think would be a possible entrant for Eurovision 2015?

  1. We are Brits living in Australia
We think that if British singers / groups feel that Eurovision is beneath them
Then try an Aussie singer Group
    Eurovision is huge here
Perhaps Jessica Malbhoy should be given a chance
