Belgium tonight hosted the last national final of the Eurovision 2014 season. In an International Jury vote and Belgian Televote the winner of both was Axel Hirsoux with his song “Mother”.

Amazing voice, but cringe song.. ahhhh it’s unfortunate. I love ma mama to bits, but even I’m gonna feel awkward listening to this with her haha.
I think the song crosses some cultural differences lines and probably would’ve made more sense & sounded better in French
I think the fact that it is Mothers Day in 11 European countries on Sunday 11th may help this song to a good finish Arianna

It is not the kind of music I favor, but he could really win it in May ! he ‘s got definitely something that makes him and his song shine on the stage.
100% with you on that Franck. Also remember that on may 11th it is Mother’s Day in 11 or 13 countries in Mainland Europe. Timing is everything too
