Moran Mazor takes to the stage for the first rehearsal of her Eurovision 2013 song, Rak Bishvilo (Only For Him). This is a classic Israeli female ballad full of passion. She can definitely sell a song. Unfortunately the dress really detracts from the performance. There is a lot of cleavage on show and the long black fishtail tail dress clings to her hips. There is white piping and jewels encrusting the dress which emphasises her strange silhouette. The rear view shot is really distracting.

She has a pianist on stage with her and 2 backing singers that add body to the song. The backdrop is another dark blue one and as the song builds to its creshendo she fair belts it out. As a singer, Moran is brilliant but i feel she is so much better than this song.

This is a borderline qualifier for me, only because it’s complete contrast to Greece gives it a good performance placing.
