OGAE Romania cast their Eurovision Votes. Who did they give their 12 points to?

We appear to be on a “press rewind” as we say congratulations to Emmile de Forest as she scores another 12 points. However we are going to play the song from Belarus that gets their second set of points of from the OGAE Juries. Alyona Lanskaya performs the song “Solayoh” that has a cameo appearance from Norwegian Eurovision winner 2009 – Alexander Rybak.
