Marco Mengoni – Italian Eurovision Representative at Eurovision 2013 with the song “L’essenziale”

Marco Mengoni – Italian Eurovision Representative for 2013 with the song “L’essenziale” – last night performed a stunning acoustic version of his Eurovision entry on the Italian chat show “Che tempo che fa”. Marco is currently one of the favorites to score well at Eurovision and take Italy to the Top 10 for the Third time in a row. With a performance like this he could certainly do it. It is anticipated that with his huge following in Italy that this year’s Eurovision Song Contest will be highly viewed in Italy unlike recent years. 

Can Marco win Eurovision and should he maybe do this acoustic version of  “L’essenziale” at Eurovision?
