
ÖBB, part of the Austrian public transport network, have unveiled a 2026 Eurovision Song Contest branded locomotive, ahead of the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest, in Vienna.
ÖBB (Austrian Federal Railways), which is the national mobility partner of the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest has unveiled a branded 2026 Eurovision Song Contest locomotive. The Director General of ÖBB stated the branded train will help make the Eurovision event feel visible ahead of May. Roland Weißmann, Director General of ORF, had the following to say:
“The new locomotive in the ESC design contributes to making the Eurovision Song Contest in Austria visible and getting in the mood for the event in much of the country. We are pleased to continue the long-standing, trusting and joint focus on sustainability partnership between ORF and ÖBB, which has already led JJ by train to the ESC victory in Basel and will bring numerous fans to Vienna in May, and in the right look.”
