The City of Vienna have confirmed when the Semi-Final Allocation Draw & Handover Ceremony will take place, ahead of the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest, in Vienna.

The City of Vienna have revealed that the Semi-Final Allocation Draw & Handover Ceremony will take place on Monday 12th January – although the time is still to be confirmed. The Handover Ceremony will see Basel present Vienna with a ‘Friendship Gift’, replacing the Host City Insignia.
