
CyBC, the Cypriot national broadcaster, have confirmed participation at the 2026 Eurovision Young Musicians, in Yerevan.
CyBC have confirmed their return to the 2026 Eurovision Young Musicians, in Yerevan, for the first time since 2010. A national selection has launched to determine the Cypriot representative in Yerevan. Applications can be made HERE. The national selection will hold live auditions at the CyBC studios in January, with the winner selected by a jury formed of 3 to 5 musicians. The following rules apply:
- Musicians are aged between 12 and 21 on Saturday 6th June 2026
- Only soloists may apply
- Classical repertoire works for a solo instrument with orchestra
- The 5 to 6:30 minute piece of work that is performed at the national selection will be performed at the 2026 Eurovision Young Musicians in Yerevan
