On the lead up to the 2025 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Tbilisi, we will be taking a look back at participating countries past and present, while we will also look at the top three Acts to ‘Shine Bright’ from all the previous Contests. Today we are looking at the Hasselt Contest from 2005. The top three Acts to ‘Shine Bright’ at Hasselt 2005 were:

Belarus, 1st: Ksenia Sitnik, “My vmeste” (149 points)

Spain, 2nd: Antonio José, “Te traigo flores” (146 points)

Norway, 3rd: Malin, “Sommer og skolefri” (123 points)
