🇹🇳 #ARAB: Arab Music & Singing Competition 2025 Winners Announced

The ASBU, the Arab States Broadcasting Union, have held the 15th edition of the Arab Music and Singing Competition, in Tunis.

The Arab Music and Singing Competition, in Tunis, took place between Tuesday 27th & Thursday 29th May. A jury from across the Arab world selected the winners at the ASBU Headquarters. Cash prizes will be awarded in both of the categories. In the ‘Song’ category, the winner was awarded $9,000, while the runner-up received $6,000. In the ‘Music’ category, the winner was awarded $6,000, while the runner-up received $3,000.

Song Category

  1. Jordan – Nabil Sammour – “Ka’ana nawafidh albayt tabkini (كأن نوافذ البيت تبكيني)”
  2. Oman – Abdul Hamid Al-Kayoumi – “Watan almajd (وطن المجد)”

Music Category

  1. Egypt – “Musiqaa alnidal (موسيقى النضال)” – Composed & arranged by Dr. Ehab Abdel Salam
  2. Jordan – “Dhikrayat ealaa altariq (ذكريات على الطريق) ” – Composed by Aws Bassam Zahi Marji, arranged by Khaled Tawfik
