SVT, the Swedish national broadcaster, have revealed the first finalists after heat one of Melodifestivalen 2025 their national selection for the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest, in Basel.

Direct to the Melodifestivalen 2025 final are:

• John Lundvik – “Voice of the Silent”
• Maja Ivarsson – “Kamikaze Life”

Through to the second chance flash vote is:

• Meira Omar – “Hush Hush”
