🇨🇭 #ESC25: Host City Locations Revealed

FOLLOWING the host city announcement by SRG SSR, the Swiss national broadcaster and the EBU, the European Broadcasting Union, for the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest, in Basel, confirmed locations have been revealed – these are:

  • St. Jakobshalle – St. Jakobshalle is the main venue for the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest. The venue has a capacity of 12,400 (standing), although this will be reduced for the Contest, once the various production elements are implemented.
  • St. Jakob-Park – St. Jakob-Park will act as a second venue for the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest, with a capacity of 40,000 (seated). Known as the arena plus, it will be the same set-up as in Stockholm for the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest, when the Tele2 Arena held a viewing party for those without tickets for the main venue.
  • St Jakob Arena – St Jakob Arena will be home to the Press Centre where the delegations and accredited media will be based during Eurovision week.
  • Steinenvorstadt – Steinenvorstadt will be the location of Eurovision Street. Steinenvorstadt is the place to go for food and drink, based in the north west of Basel.
  • Messe & Congress Center Basel – Messe & Congress Center Basel will be the Eurovision Village during the day and the EuroClub during the night. Messe & Congress Center Basel boasts five large halls and 25 conference spaces.
