Northern Norway, have chosen their representative for the 2024 Pan-ArcticVision Song Contest, in Nuuk.

Emil Kárlsen has been internally selected to represent Northern Norway. Emil has been releasing music since 2021 when he released his debut album Nagirvárrái. Emil will be joined on stage in Nuuk by bass player Espen Mortensen.
