NRK, the Norweigian national broadcaster, have opened song submissions, for the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest, in Switzerland.

NRK have opened the song submission window and it will remain open until Sunday 1st September. A jury will select the participants for Melodi Grand Prix 2025 during October and they will then be announced in January. The rules for Melodi Grand Prix 2025 include:

• Songs are able to be submitted by songwriters and producers from any nation, however it is encouraged that at least one Norwegian songwriter is involved.
• Each songwriter, producer or artist may submit up to three songs.
• NRK will also directly invite artists and songwriters to compete in Melodi Grand Prix.
