Radio Liechtenstein, the Liechtenstein national broadcaster, are applying for membership of the EBU, the European Broadcasting Union.

If they are successful, Radio Liechtenstein would become only the fourteenth radio station with full membership. The aim of the membership application is the participation in the Eurovision Song Contest – however a television broadcast would be required for this to happen. If full membership was attained, Radio Liechtenstein could still broadcast the Contest without participation.
