GPB, the Georgian national broadcaster, last night continued the 2024 season of Ranina – the usual national selection for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest. While Ranina has commenced, GPB have yet to announce participation at the 2024 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Spain.

Last night saw the second week of Round One take place. The Acts were singing musical numbers alongside former Ranina participants. The results were:

• 120 points – Andria Mishvelidze
• 119 points – Anastasia Iremadze
• 118 points – Sandro Ashotia & Sandro Gurgenadze
• 117 points – Ia Lichel

Following the conclusion of Round One, this is how the leaderboard of Ranina 2024 looks:

• 120 points – Andria Mishvelidze
• 119 points – Anastasia Iremadze
• 118 points – Sandro Ashotia & Sandro Gurgenadze
• 117 points – Andria Putkaradze
• 116 points – Barbara Morgoshia
• 114 points – Mate Martiashvili & Marta Nozadze
• 113 points – Ia Lichel & Giorgi Shashviashvili

Following the second week of Round One, there will be a further three rounds before the Semi Final and the Grand Final.
