SVT, the Swedish national broadcaster, have revealed the first inductees of the Melodifestivalen Hall of Fame, ahead of Heat Two, on Saturday 10th February, in Gothenburg.

Kristian Luuk & Lotta Engberg are the first inductees into the Melodifestivalen Hall of Fame this year. Kristian Luuk hosted Melodifestivalen in 2007 and 2008. Lotta Engberg won Melodifestivalen 1987 with “Fyra bugg och en Coca cola”, however it was renamed “Boogaloo” for the Eurovision Song Contest. Lotta also took part in Melodifestivalen during 1984, 1988, 1990, 1996, 2002 & 2012.
