
Welcome to our new ‘Top of the Pops’ charts – with a Eurovision twist! On a regular basis, we will bring you a new chart with a Eurovision theme. This week, we are celebrating the Top 25 Scoring Swedish Entries Since 1975 ahead of Melodifestivalen 2024. Today, we take a look at positions 10 to 6.
10: 2011 – Erice Saade, “Popular”
Eric Saade represented Sweden at the 2011 Contest in Dusseldorf. Eric scored 185 points with the song “Popular”, finishing in 3rd place.
9: 2014 – Sanna Nielsen, “Undo”
Sanna Nielsen represented Sweden at the 2014 Contest in Copenhagen. Sanna scored 218 points with the song “Undo”, finishing in 3rd place.
8: 2016 – Frans, “If I Were Sorry”
Frans represented Sweden at the 2016 Contest in Stockholm. Frans scored 261 points with the song “If I Were Sorry”, finishing in 5th place.
7: 2018 – Benjamin Ingrosso, “Dance You Off”
Benjamin Ingrosso represented Sweden at the 2018 Contest in Lisbon. Benjamin scored 274 points with the song “Dance You Off”, finishing in 7th place.
6: 2019 – John Lundvik, “Too Late For Love”
John Lundvik represented Sweden at the 2019 Contest in Tel Aviv. John scored 334 points with the song “Too Late For Love”, finishing in 5th place.
