
With ‘Heroes’ as the theme of the 2023 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Nice, we will be celebrating the Heroes from previous editions of the Contest. Today, we look at the first set of Heroes from Albania.
Albania debuted at the 2012 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Amsterdam. Igzidora Gjeta participated with “Kam një këngë vetëm për ju”, finishing in 12th place and 35 points.
Mishela Rapo represented Albania at the 2015 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Sofia. Mishela Rapo participated with “Dambaje”, finishing in 5th place and 93 points – Albania’s best position to date.
Klesta Qehaja represented Albania at the 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Valletta. Klesta Qehaja participated with “Besoj”, finishing in 13th place and 38 points.
Ana Kodra represented Albania at the 2017 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Tbilisi. Ana Kodra participated with “Don’t Touch My Tree (Mos ma prekni pemën)”, finishing in 13th place and 67 points.
Efi Gjika represented Albania at the 2018 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Minsk. Efi Gjika participated with “Barbie”, finishing in 17th place and 44 points.
