The Dutch region of Limburg has won the inaugural edition of Regio Songfestival – which was held in Utrecht earlier this evening.

Limburg were represented by Emmy Ackermans with the song “‘t Letste Rundje”, scoring 177 points. The results were determined by 2/3 jury and 1/3 public. The points are awarded as follows: 12 points – Best performance, 11 points – 2nd best performance, 10 to 1 point – third best through to the twelfth best. The full results were:

7. Utrecht – RTV Utrecht – Melanie Ryan – “Achterom” – 76+26 – 102 points
8. Drenthe – RTV Drenthe – Lisa Harms – “Tot de zun uut pour” – 63+33 – 96 points
9. Flevoland – Omroep Flevoland – Abtin Salem – “Kleurenblind” – 45+39 – 84 points
