🇪🇸 #JESC23: Celebrating Our Spanish Heroes – Part 1/2

With ‘Heroes’ as the theme of the 2023 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Nice, we will be celebrating the Heroes from previous editions of the Contest. Today, we look at the first set of Heroes from Spain.

Spain debuted at the 2003 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Copenhagen. Sergio participated with “Desde el cielo”, finishing in 2nd place and 125 points.

María Isabel represented Spain at the 2004 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Lillehammer. María Isabel participated with “Antes muerta que sencilla”, finishing in 1st place and 171 points – Spain’s best position to date.

Antonio José represented Spain at the 2005 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Hasselt. Antonio José participated with “Te traigo flores”, finishing in 2nd place and 146 points.

Dani Fernández represented Spain at the 2006 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Bucharest. Dani Fernández participated with “Te doy mi voz”, finishing in 4th place and 90 points.

Melani García represented Spain at the 2019 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Gliwice. Melani García participated with “Marte”, finishing in 3rd place and 212 points.
