Tonight, the second heat of Junior Eurovision Éire was broadcast. Six acts took to the stage with the hope of making the Semi Final of this year’s Contest. Each act was awarded a mark out of ten. The highest scoring act automatically went through to the Semi Final, while a sing-off selected the other Semi-Finalist.
Clare Keeley went straight through to the Semi Final after scoring 25 stars, performing “Symphony”.
After the sing-off, Jessica McKean went through to the Semi Final after performing “I Will Always Love You”.
They will join fellow semi-finalists:
- Gillian Brennan
- Liza O’Neill
Guest juror Niamh Kavanagh joined regular jury members Niamh Ní Chróinín and Aindriú de Paor to decide tonight’s result.
