RTCG, the Montenegrin national broadcaster, have revealed that Vladana Vučinić will perform “Breathe”, at the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest, in Turin. Vladana will not only be the first female soloist for Montenegro, but she will also be performing in English. The song will be released in the second half of February.

Surrounding the language choice, Vladana Vučinić had the following to say:

“I think the message should be heard beyond the Balkans, so we decided on the English language. We were also thinking about the song being recorded in Italian because of the hosts, and we have not yet decided on the Montenegrin one.”
