RTCG, the Montenegrin national broadcaster, has confirmed to ESCToday that they will not be returning to the Eurovision Song Contest next year.

Montenegro has previously stayed away from the Contest for two consecutive years – that was in 2010, when the Contest was held in Oslo and 2011, when the Contest was held in Dusseldorf.
