This Eurovision Song Contest season has seen a number of changes to the Heads Of Delegations. Azerbaijan is no different.

While Heads Of Delegations are people that the average Eurovision fan are not normally aware of, the new Azerbaijani HoD will be. Leyla Quliyeva was part of the trio of hosts at the Eurovision Song Contest 2012, in Baku.

This is not the first time that Leyla has held the role. The first time she was a HoD, was at the 2018 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Minsk.
