Just like 2019, forty one countries will #OpenUp in Rotterdam. However, the line-up will be different. Hungary and Montenegro have withdrawn from the Contest, while Bulgaria and Ukraine return.

The Executive Supervisor of the Eurovision Song Contest, Jon Ola Sand, had the following to say:
