This seems to be becoming the way that Armenia announces their internal selection for Eurovision over the past few years. Tell us the date they will be announcing the artist and then have us all guessing.

So the official announcement is in and it is Iveta Mukuchyan who will represent Armenia at Eurovision 2016.

She was born in Yerevan but moved to Germany as a child in 1992. She competed in the Voice of Germany where she performed ‘Euphoria’

As for the song? Well Armenia have invited composers from all over the world to submit potential songs to Armenian TV – Details on the video
