Portugal : Dates Released for Festival da Canção Eurovision 2015 selection

RTP (Portuguese National Broadcaster) have announced the dates of the Festival da Canção that will decide Portugal’s entry for Eurovision 2015.

March 3rd and 5th will see the 2 semi finals, with the Grand Final on Saturday march 7th. All the shows will broadcast live from the RTP studios in Lisbon.

Portugal’s best result to date in the contest is sixth place. That was in 1964 when Lucia Moniz sang ‘O Meu Coração Não Tem Cor’.

Portugal are the country waiting the longest to win their first Eurovision Song Contest. Can 2015 be their year?
