Ireland gets some long overdue soul music interest for Eurosong 2015. We have just learnt that a former Voice of Ireland contestant Velvin Lamont has entered the search to find Ireland’s Eurovision 2015 representative.

You should remember Velvin from Series 2 of ‘The Voice’ in Ireland where he was on Team Bressie. His rendition of Stevie Wonder’s ‘Signed, Sealed, Delivered’ is seriously #HOT. He has been adopted by the city of Cork and his song he has submitted for Eurosong 2015 is called ‘Welcome to the Revolution’. Where do I sign up!

We have always wanted some good soul in the Irish selection and we hope that Velvin like the postman –  ‘Delivers’.
