As well as writing our thoughts about the rehearsals we all have moments to wander round taking photos of the surroundings we are in, some of the artists and some slightly more kooky ones for you to browse through.
Here are pictures from in and around the press centre, arena and surrounds.
The headline picture and this picture are from the inside of the fleet of buses left at our disposal outside the arena. Really quaint and old worldly but I bet this one has not had a clean in years.
Some views on the fringes of the arena inside the shipbuilding shed. One shows the stage through scaffolding and the other looks over the stage to old signage in the background.
Now we look around the surrounds of the area we are in. The technical area outside the press tent, some old industrial machinery on the dockside.
Then we have a scenic view over the dock side followed by some old ship rope coiled on the docks.
We then take a look back inside the arena with a close up of a piece of the backdrop.
Josie sings for Croatia during their rehearsal today.
A view of the seating area though I suspect a lot of the seating has still to go in.
Now we look at where all the official JESC.tv work goes on.
But there are also other press working furiously here. But at the end of the day they all need food.
Back outside again and the winds overnight caused havoc with the landscaping.
Then we have old cranes with the venue name on them.
The safety notices may have been around for years.
The interior of the old shuttle buses revealed and it hold 40 passengers.

Love the four yellow bus picture: could be a postcard. I did suggest to Anton that they could have been used as little offices and kiosks!
Just listened to the ESC Insight podcast – loving your comments as always, Garrett!
Eurovision Ireland never thought of doing a podcast? I think it would be very entertaining!
People have asked us Martin.
Might just do that
Thanks as always for your kind words ;-)
