The current Eurovision betting odds has seen the host nation of this year’s contest – Denmark – rise up the table to 4th. Remember that they are the only country who know what position they will perform in at the Grand Final #23. That in itself is a relatively good place to perform from and will have the home crowd waiting in anticipation.

What is interesting to see is the number of followers Basim (Danish Representative) now has on Facebook and Twitter is growing steadily and not just in Denmark but across Europe.

In the Top 4 songs in the betting order, the Danish entry “Cliche Love Song” is the only up tempo number. Again this is an advantage in a contest that sees most of the betting favourites being ballads. Denmark is one to watch
