Many Eurovision fans sometimes overlook its younger sibling Junior Eurovision Song Contest. With many of their artists making it into the mainstream music scene and your iTunes playlist – like Sweden’s Molly Sandén – Isn’t it time you realised that JESC is relevant and dipped your toe into the water.
We had the pleasure of having an interesting and fun interview with Ms Katherine Lockett – Head Of Press for Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2013. What a “Tour de Force” she is. We spoke of the overview and plans for JESC 2013, The hosts Zlata (Yes this year’s Ukrainian Eurovision Representative) and Timur, The innovation at Junior Eurovision and generally what goes into making such a huge show.
Junior Eurovision is fast approaching so this will certainly get you up to speed on what is happening – along with the good news that both Greece and Kazakhstan are sending delegations to observe the contest. Our good friends at ESCKaz shared this news with us.
You can follow Junior Eurovision on Twitter , Facebook , JESC Website , Instagram and Google+
So there is no reason for you to miss any of the news. We can highly recommend their Twitter Account – good fun!
