32 singers have performed over the last 4 weeks and we are down to the Final 4. No wait just one minute! News coming into us here at Eurovision Ireland.
Yes the 4 singers that qualified from the Heats in Ireland’s search for their Junior Eurovision Selection will now be joined by 2 Wild Card acts. The judges were so impressed by the quality of the songs and the performances they felt that 2 singers will be called back for the Grand Final taking place this Sunday November 8th!
Already in the Grand Final are David Kennedy, Aimee Banks, Muireann Vaughan and Zena Donnelly. But who will join them?

If I had my way, I’d put through Ashley Tubridy from Semi 2. I thought she was very unlucky not to make the top two in her semi. She seems a talented young singer / songwriter.
I guess we might see a couple of uptempos as the wildcards, perhaps Lisa-Rose McMahon from S1 and Sophie Halligan from S4.
Aimee or Zena though I’ll be interested to see who the judges select as wild cards. Good job TG4. This was a fun selection process and the quality of some of the songs and singers has been impressive, This could bode well for the future.
