This is how the Romanian jury voted in the final:

On first glance one has to question what changed for the Romanian Jury between the Semi Final and the Grand Final where they reversed their preference of Azerbaijan, Greece, Norway and Malta?
The combined Jury and Public votes from Romania were as follows
12 Points – Moldova
10 Points – Azerbaijan
8 Points – Norway
7 Points – Greece
6 Points – Denmark
5 Points – Malta
4 Points – Ukraine
3 Points – United Kingdom
2 Points – The Netherlands
1 Point – Italy
One can deduce that the Ukraine obviously scored very well in the Public vote to take they from a Jury Ranking of #17 to eventually receiving 4 Points from Romania in total!
