
RTVE, the Spanish national broadcaster, have confirmed non-participation at the 2026 Eurovision Young Musicians, in Yerevan.
Spain have not participated since the 2018 Eurovision Young Musicians, in Edinburgh. RTVE told Eurofestivales, that non-participation was:
“For various reasons.”
RTVE are open to competing in the future, as they will be launching a new cultural TV station in June, which opens the potential for a return to the Contest.
