
Suspilne, the Ukrainian national broadcaster, has revealed the wildcard finalist for Vidbir 2026 – their national selection for the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest, in Vienna.
Suspilne has revealed that KHAYAT received the largest number of votes (91,758 votes, or 32.41%) and has won the opportunity to perform as the tenth finalist in the national selection with the song “Hertsi”. Furthermore, song snippets from each of the finalists have been revealed:
- Jerry Heil – “CATHARTICUS (prayer)”
- LAUD – “Lightkeeper”
- LELÉKA – “Ridnym” (To relatives)
- MOLODI – “THE LEGENDS”
- Monokate – “TUT” (Here)
- Mr. Vel – “Do or Done”
- The Elliens – “Crawling whispers”
- Valeriya Force – “Open Our Hearts”
- ShchukaRyba – “Moia zemlia” (My land)
- KHAYAT – “Hertsi” (Hertz)
In a new format, the ten songs that will compete in the final of Vidbir will be performed live before they are released on streaming platforms, in a song presentation taking place on Thursday 15th January, at 17:00 GMT/18:00 CET, at the Origin Stage in Kyiv. The event will be hosted by Timur Miroshnychenko and Anna Tulieva.
