ČT, the Czech national broadcaster, have confirmed their non-participation at the 2026 Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

ČT will remain outside the Children’s Contest, in which it has never participated and which, so far, has shown no interest in participating in. ČT had the following to say:

“Czech Television has never participated in Junior Eurovision and has no plans to do so in the near future.”
